These pictures are from my travels when i back-packed around the world.
I flew from England at the end of September 2006 into Delhi airport to catch a connecting flight to Kathmandu,Nepal.
I spent 12 hours sleeping on the seats in the lounge in Delhi airport.
Got to Kathmandu the next day and booked myself a guide and trekked through the Kathmandu Valley for 3 days,2 nights.
My backpack was bigger than the guide.
To prepare for what lay ahead of me,i spent time walking up Moel Famau, North Wales and a few days in the Lake District,North-West England, pitching my tent in a field in Coniston.
I hurt my ankle and went home early,but i had done enough to prepare me for my 3 week trek in the mountains of Italy.
My ultimate aim was my lifelong dream to see Mount Everest by trekking to Everest Base Camp,before trekking New Zealand and the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.
I started my travels in Italy then Nepal,China,Hong Kong, Australia,New Zealand,Chile,Argentina,Peru and Mexico.
